1. Price includes exit cleaning fee, but if the booking is less than 7 nights we require $100 clean-out fee. Weekly cleaning is not included.
2. MINIMUM STAY is 5 nights.
3. 12% Prepayment and a Credit Card Authorization for the remaining amount + $500 will be required at the time of booking which is used as a security deposit to guarantee the safe keeping of the apartment by the client. The client agrees that his/her credit card will be debited for the full amount of damages directly caused by the client.
4. Cancellation policy:
• If the booking is cancelled 21 or more days before arrival date, the Hospitality Provider will charge a $50 processing fee.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made 20 or less days before arrival date.

• If the booking is cancelled more than 21 days before arrival date, the Hospitality Provider will charge a $50 processing fee
• If the booking is cancelled 21-14 days before arrival date the Hospitality Provider will charge a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the booking
• If the booking is cancelled 14-7 days before arrival date the Hospitality Provider will charge a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the booking
• If the booking is cancelled less than 7 days before arrival date the booking will be non-refundable

A cancellation fee equal to 100% of accommodation price per apartment booked will also be applied if the USER moves out of the apartment before the USER's reserved departure time.

If booking is less than 5 days 100% prepayment is necessary to reserve. If booking is 5 days or more 50% prepayment is necessary to reserve.
