Midtown East completes the New York Corporate image: Financial institutions, law firms and luxurious hotels and magnificent luxury towers. Many ethnic restaurants, cozy cafes, swanky lounges, and a very popular bar scene give this neighborhood more than a modicum of downtown flair.
The area is home to many corporations such as Met Life and Citicorp as well as the United Nations. The center of Midtown East is Grand Central Station, which has been magnificently renovated, and is an architectural marvel lined with shops and restaurants. With the art deco Chrysler Building illuminating the skyline, every style of home is available in this neighborhood. Midtown East also has a few notable landmarks to its credit. 1. Price includes exit cleaning fee, but if the booking is less than 7 nights we require $50 clean-out fee. Weekly cleaning is not included.
2. 12% Prepayment and a Credit Card Authorization for the remaining amount + $500 will be required at the time of booking which is used as a security deposit to guarantee the safe keeping of the apartment by the client. The client agrees that his/her credit card will be debited for the full amount of damages directly caused by the client.
3. Cancellation policy:
• If the booking is cancelled 21 or more days before arrival date, the Hospitality Provider will charge a $50 processing fee.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made 20 or less days before arrival date.

Cancellation policy:
- If the booking is cancelled more than 21 days before arrival date, the Hospitality Provider will charge a $50 processing fee
- If the booking is cancelled 21-14 days before arrival date the Hospitality Provider will charge a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the booking
- If the booking is cancelled 14-7 days before arrival date the Hospitality Provider will charge a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the booking
- If the booking is cancelled less than 7 days before arrival date the booking will be non-refundable
A cancellation fee equal to 100% of accommodation price per apartment booked will also be applied if the USER moves out of the apartment before the USER's reserved departure time.
Prepayment of 100% of total amount is necessary for all bookings
