The apartment neighborhood is great, with a lot of shops and bars, restaurants next door, the apartment is very comfortable, great bed and sofa bed as well. It was very clean, spacious and clean cabinets, the kitchen had everything new, and the toaster too . they changed the sheets and towels twice in 8 days which was a pleasant surprise because normally in the apartments they don't do that. The heater worked great.

We found the apartment to be in a great location, only a short walk to the train station, the next corner was pick up for double decker sightseeing bus, you could walk to Empire State,and Times Square,Madison Square, Macy's down the road. There was a great asian restaurant across the road (the manager and all the staff were fantastic and the food magnificent and cheap), a deli a few doors down which sold a variety of food, sandwiches, salads and a buffet bar, beer, juice etc.

Very nicely renovated brownstone apartment on first floor; all the facilities of an apartment, so good for a longer stay. Great location. That there were two separate bedrooms and plenty of space to stay with sofa, dining table and chairs, refrigerator and kitchen with coffee maker, stove and microwave. The apartment was in the 3rd floor in the morning, it was renovated and clean. Good price compared to the alternatives that we considered. Lively and nice area with shops, restaurants and bars. Close to subway and 15 minutes walk to Nolita, Soho, etc. A great place when you should be slightly longer in NYC!

I'm a city girl, born and raised, so some things people might not like, I loved and were home to me, like the people walking under my window and the busy street. I go to nyc because I get homesick, not as a tourist, who is a hotel snob. The best part was the windowsill. Sitting there and watching the busy street was heaven to me. Hearing the classical pianists from the music school next door, was incredible. I felt like they were piping in the music just for me! The neighborhood is amazing, great bakeries, restaurants and nightlife. I liked the whole apartment. Cable and internet were great. It was clean, modern, and basically it's a nyc apartment, so I wasn't expecting to get the master bath like in a suburban house, or the island kitchen. It was very much like home to me. I hated leaving. I actually miss it alot.

This was a perfect pick for me and my friends. Best location possible for a very reasonable price, and all four of us were able to stay together for no extra cost. We were even able to cook breakfast in the little kitchenett to save a little more money and whip up an old favorite. This is an apartment rental so you do not have any services but the owner/manager was responsive to phone calls and text messages. The rental is very spacious for the money - a two bedroom apartment with a futon in the living room. The apartment was clean.

The living room is large, so it should be no problem to stay there with 4 persons. Good size fridge, microwave, dishwasher, stove and oven - no need to go out for an expensive dinner. "Our stay in NY City apartments"

Actually it is not really a hotel, but a very comfortable and cute apartment, perfectly located on Manhattan in a walking distance from all landmarks, subway and rail road station. In reality apartment looks exactly the same as on photos or maybe even better. We have stayed there for 2 nights and managed to live in two different apartments. Both apartments were very clean, in a good condition and well supplied with all necessary things such as fridge, iron, microwave, teapot, set of kitchen staff, etc. From hotel's personnel we have met only clean lady who was very friendly with us. There were three of us, and we felt very comfortable there, but i suppose that for 6 people the apartment will be relatively small. It will be good for no more than four people (better couples, since they have two double beds and one sofa, with can be transformed in a double bed as well, in a first apartment they even have a bed for a little baby). The other thing is that they do not have a baggage room for the guests, but it is not a big problem, since you can leave your things on Penn Station or in the hall upon agreement with a doorman.

The apartment consists of a double bedroom and a pull down couch for two More people. It was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our 5 days stay in feb which was a particularly cold month but the flat was warm. The kit hen area was well equipped with gas cooker, micdowave and kettle. There was a lcd tv and satelite vox with far too many stations to watch. A Great bonus was free local calls and free international calls to landlines. Also convenient was free wifi. The nearest metro is at the end of the street where you can catch the E train to Penn Station from where you can catch a Nj train to the airport and of course from the airport, Total cost for is $15 one way (taxi is around $100). On the street I counted 12 restaurants including Chinese, Mexican,Spanish, Moroccan, Hawaiian, Indian,French and Italian. The Empire State and Chrysler Buildings and central park are within walking distance. All in all a great pla e to stay and I will stay there again.

+ 7 minutes from subway, kitchen available, comfortable room for 4-5 persons, make sure you make all necessairy arrangements from the beginning (mobile phone number, time of arrival), very close to nightclubs and pubs. We would definately stay there again.
- First night we had no heat service (really cold night) as soon as we mentioned it the problem was solved and the room was really hot.

Location, Location, Location! What a great week, 3 minutes walk to Times Square. Apartment neat and tidy, secure, everything you need as you will be only sleeping there. Although not situated on Broadway, this is an excellent place to stay for those who do not require the services of a hotel.
This is not a luxurious location, but you get a real feel for what it would be like living in New York, as the apartment block is mainly residents as opposed to tourists, and the doormen are excellent sources of information for anything from where to eat/drink to how to get hold of baseball tickets.
With a tube stop at the end of the road, Madison Sq Garden a block away, All-American style Diners in either direction and a view of the Empire State Building from the street outside, the location is perfect for accessing the whole of Manhattan (Harlem, Upper East Side, Upper West Side and Downtown) and beyond (the Bronx, Brooklyn and Queens).
Perfect for my friends and I, and a definite place i would look to return to when i next visit New York.

The Empire State Deluxe apartments are one of the best options to have while staying in New York. The location is one of the best in the city, they are spacious and clean. You can walk to Empire State building, lots of small delis in the surrounding, bus station in front of the building and Penn Station some minutes to go. If I will visit New York again I´d surely choose the Empire State Deluxe apartments again.

I loved the apartment and the neighborhood was wonderful. We had a great stay even though an emergency at home cut our trip a day short.

We were there for my son to attend open house at NYFA, Union Square. The apartment was very convenient to the school. We were so impressed that he completed his admission forms and will be attending a 4 week session starting October 4 so we will be looking for a VERY AFFORDABLE apartment for the month of October, preferably in that same area.

I must say that I was suspicious at first. To fly in from Europe and rent an apartment, trough the Internet, in New York for a family of 6 is not something you do every day.
But we were all taken by surprise. The apartment was just great, the location fantastic and we got all the support and information we needed from New York City Apartments. We had a wonderful stay in New York. We will definitely use the services of New York City Apartments again!

L´immeuble est idéalement placé, We loved the terrassse on the roof.It was snowing during our stay and there was 40 centimetres of snow up there, we had our montain in middle of the town!

"Great Apartment in a Great Area"
We inquired about the apartment rather last minute and the booking process was very easy. The staff answered all of our questions to the fullest and we booked the place with ease. Everything was worked out for us on arrival and clear directions and instructions were given. It was very easy to
get from JFK to the apartment.
We arrived to a very clean apartment in the heart of Midtown Manhattan. We couldn´t have asked for a better location as we were just down the street from Macy´s and right beside Penn Station which made traveling by subway very convenient. We could walk pretty much everywhere in Midtown which made our trip an amazing experience. The apartment was a really great size with two bedrooms and a futon. The three of us had plenty of room to move around. Basic dishes were provided which allowed us to make breakfast in the morning. We wish there would´ve been an iron in the apartment, but other then that, we had everything we needed.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would easily book this apartment again for a future visit. We definitely recommend it to anyone looking a travelling to NYC! Much better then staying at a hotel!

First of all, special thanks for Anna from NY City Apartments for her help and her patience!
The apartment was clean and it was big. I was all by myself so I had a lot of space. The kitchen and bathroom are nice. The heater works good but can make some noise.
From your window you can look into a dance studio, so that was very nice to see!
The apartment is just a 3 minute walk away from Macy´s! SO a perfect location. Within 5 minutes you have everything you need!
I had an amazing time in New York with a great apartment!

The appartment was very centrally located and a lot more spacious than a hotel room in this price category. Near the appartment is everything you would need from a post office to a very nice bistro and diner and a movie theatre. Penn station and several subways are located within a block.
We had a great time and will surely be back. A very pleasant stay!
